Tsuke Edomae Reviews
After a seven month wait, we finally made it!!! If you ever want proof of concept that less is more, look no further than Tsuke Edomae. Chef Mike’s skill is obvious—his precision and craftsmanship clearly reflect his passion.

Tsuke Edomae provides a top-tier omakase experience, featuring carefully crafted sushi and attentive service. The sushi is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with the chef and sous chef Nhi sharing stories about their work and lives, creating a warm and personal atmosphere. The sashimi and sushi are well-balanced and full of flavor, and the uni and sake selection are excellent. Despite the difficulty in securing reservations, the chef's kindness and personable nature make the dining experience truly enjoyable. The inviting, cozy environment and the exceptional quality of the food make dining here a memorable and extraordinary experience.
