Outstanding stake Frits and whole hog! Stake Frits were on the medium rare side inside but smoked outside, amazing taste. Sides were delicious and so much better than in many other bbq places. Highly recommend.
The wait was about 30 minutes but the line was mostly inside with AC. The food was really good . They do seem to run out of some of the most popular items quickly. The beef ribs and beef cheek was already out at 1:30pm on a Sunday. The desserts were also really good . The service was great . They had people walking the line and offering to take drink orders as well as provide frequent updates on the status of popular meat availability.
Parking is pretty difficult at times.
Lines can be over an hour long if you go anywhere near a popular time of day.
Service is unbelievably friendly and accommodating.
Best (and strangest) cornbread I've ever had.
Average but good brisket (could have just been a bad day?). Knives are required to cut through brisket. Based on other reviews, I think I had an unusual experience with the brisket here,...
