We came here for lunch. They gave us a water with our order is Salmon Toro and Hama Curry. Both were tasty but a bit small in size. The quality was fine. Overall, fine experience

Really good food truck. We ordered the salmon skin and blue fin tuna. Very creative taste from each roll. Excited to try other rolls!

Fantastic hand rolls. Staff is very friendly, they fed us despite us showing up 5 minutes before closing. <3

Response edit: I was the first customer of the day with no orders behind me, and I ate the hand roll immediately. Your comment confirms that you also think chewy nori is bad. Instead of blaming the customer, acknowledge you served a poor quality product and try to improve. Good luck with your business.
Fish/rice was underseasoned, lacking enough salt to taste the fish. Had a lot of toppings flavor but imbalanced.
Nori on the hand roll was chewy instead of even close to crisp. My wife couldn’t even eat it due to the texture.
Fish quality seemed fine, just missing the mark in the last mile.

Delicious hand rolls and sashimi. Joel and Jasmine served up some tasty treats and walked us through their favorites.
I only took a photo of the cute mochi ice cream sliced down the middle to share.
Only drawback is the first street traffic noise, but 100% coming back here.

Joel was very knowledgeable and friendly, I could tell he had a passion for the cuisine. His suggestions, accommodations, and presentation really turned my birthday evening into a wonderful experience. He even had free chilled bottles of water because it was so hot outside. The prices were great, and the quality of food was excellent. Easily some of the best sushi I’ve had, by far. I personally recommend the Lobster Temaki.?

If you’re skeptical about eating sushi from a food truck, don’t be! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. I’m definitely looking forward to going back!

We had 6 handrolls: blue fin toro, hama toro, sake toro, bbq eel, ebi tempura, and the special, spicy scallop. They were all amazing! My top 3 were spicy scallop, eel bbq and Hama toro

First time! Delicious, so fresh, and pretty fast too. I had edamame and two hand rolls. Covered tables so not bad to wait in the summer. She offered me a cold water too. Can’t wait to return to try other items.

Really friendly people, excellent fish quality and nice touches like free bottles of water. They also added an extra piece of fish to our sashimi order so my wife and I could both have 2! Will definitely be back.
