One of the most underrated coffee shops in Austin! All of their drinks are delicious and also their baked goods. Wished I lived closer to come more often!
I absolutely love this coffee shop—it’s so cute, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I noticed the indoor chairs were removed and moved outside. With the Texas heat, most people don’t really want to sit outdoors, and I think having more seating inside would encourage more customers to stay, work, or enjoy their coffee here.

Maaribu Cafe & Gifts is a gluten-free bakery and cafe with a boutique gift shop and outdoor space. The coffee, pastries, and breakfast sandwich are insanely delicious. The gluten-free baked goods are the real star, tasting like the real deal, maybe even better—not overly sweet, not dry, not crumbly. The blueberry iced matcha and iced honey rose latte are available, though the honey rose flavor did not really come through. The space is better suited for quick stops rather than lingering, as there is no seating indoors. However, a sweet patio and a perfectly placed oak tree in the back yard provide a peaceful spot for a chat. The interior design is beautiful and delicate, and the whole vibe is calm and cozy. The staff is friendly, helpful, and super nice. The gift shop offers unique gifts and cute matches. This is the best gluten-free bakery, and even friends who are not gluten free love this spot. A must-visit, no question.
