Lola Savannah Coffee Lounge - Westlake

After 7 years living in Austin, this local spot to me is my favorite coffee shop. Most importantly the coffee is very much to my liking. The baristas are friendly enough but more importantly they’re fast. As a former impatient New Yorker I appreciate this. The lighting is spot on - low and warmly lit. Music is pleasant. Lastly, they offer Taco Deli breakfast tacos.

I recently visited Lola Savannah with my friend to pick up drinks for a bachelorette party, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
We ordered 8 drinks and, as we often do, planned to tip in cash after receiving our order if we felt the service was good. Once the barista noticed we hadn't tipped initially, she mumbled something we couldn't hear. I politely asked, "Do you need something from us?" to which she rudely responded "no" and started slamming items around.
While preparing our drinks, she made 6 of them with an unpleasant attitude, even glaring at our friend's 8-year-old daughter, which was completely uncalled for. To make matters worse, she served two other customers who came in after us, prioritizing their drinks over our last two, all while being noticeably warm and friendly with them.
When our order was finally complete, I thanked her and wished her a nice day, but she kept her head down and didn't respond.
It's disappointing to feel unwelcome in an establishment, especially when we were polite throughout the visit. I hope this is not the standard for Lola Savannah, as the drinks themselves were fine, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. Customers shouldn't leave fearing that the service tampered with drinks.

Dark & moody vibes every time I go here but I love it. Very quiet and the employees are friendly! Their strawberry matcha is 10/10

So many great reviews about this place so I decided to send my son to pop in and pick up a latte for me. When he asked the staff where the outlet was at to charge his phone while he waited, he was told "go figure it out." Staff needs to be trained on customer service. What ever your policy is, whether you do or dont allow others to use your outlets, it is a coffee place after all where people can sit and work while drinking tasty coffee, there is a way to convey your message respectfully. Will never go there again nor recommend it. It's so sad that due to this kind of staff behavior, owners lose out on customers.

This has just become a loud storage room for The Grove next door. Someone was cleaning silverware the entire time I was seated, loudly clanging around for 30+ minutes. No ambiance, furniture is plastic, staff was not really friendly. Very disappointed - there are so many better coffee shops nearby!

Great coffee at reasonable prices for the area. The woman who helped me today was very friendly and answered all my questions on their selection. Great views of Lakeways hills facing east!

It was hot and humid inside the building.

Mexican mocha for the WIN! Service was just great and super friendly and the place is a total vibe. Great atmosphere to get some work done or to just bring a friend and chat. I would say it’s very kid friendly but does not take away the adults coffee shop. Check it out for sure ??

Awesome coffee and great breakfast tacos!

The standard drip coffee was flavored (hazelnut?) and this was not well advertised or mentioned at time of purchase. Not what we were looking for and a little disappointed to discover after we'd walked out with our order.
