It’s OK. My second time here. First time here for coffee. I let barista know. I love a sweet iced latte. She recommended the cinnamon and honey iced latte. She made it in like 20 seconds and I couldn’t finish it. I took three sips and had to throw away. It was awful, acidic and bitter.

Tacos are OK as well. I like that they have an array of different varieties.

Walked in at 11:10 waited while person was on the phone with a customer. Never greeted, said hi to, or just a minute I’ll be with you etc.

Walked out at 11:16 after zero interaction from staff and them still being on the phone. A simple hi just a moment we will be with you goes a long way.

Now I’m down the street getting coffee from velvet joes.

I sropped by at 1pm for an afternoon cappuccino. Lola has been a favorite dor many years. I have been coming to this location since 2008 at least.
Today, there was no one to help me. I waited for 5 minutes and was about to leave when the lady showed up.
My coffee was burnt and bitter. For burnt overpriced coffee we have Starbucks. Maybe the owners don't care about Lola anymore?
The Grove is still a favorite, though

Not a great spot if you’re a coffee connoisseur. All available beans for bar drinks are dark roasts or decaf. The baristas aren’t knowledgeable about beans, origin, or roasts. For folks who love Starbucks, this spot will totally meet your needs.

We ordered iced lattes, both came out with way too much milk, not enough ice. I basically paid $7 for a cup of iced milk.

The barista service was efficient but lacked personal engagement. Despite my greeting, the interaction was limited to a curt “What can I get for you?” This missed opportunity to create a welcoming atmosphere was noticeable, particularly in a less busy setting where personalized service could shine.
The latte I ordered was disappointing, offering no discernible flavor profile beyond a diluted, overly foamy texture. Compared to mainstream chains like Starbucks, it failed to stand out in terms of taste or craftsmanship. A notable concern was the pricing structure: the 12 oz and 16 oz drinks contain the same amount of coffee, with the larger size commanding a nearly $1 premium for additional milk. This suggests an upsell strategy, potentially nudging customers toward purchasing an extra shot for a more robust flavor, which could detract from perceived value.
As noted by other patrons, the cleanliness of the tables was subpar. Even during a quiet period, the staff did not appear to prioritize wiping down surfaces, which detracted from the overall ambiance. This oversight is surprising given the lack of crowds during my visit.
Additionally, parking presented a significant inconvenience. The limited spaces and strict signage for neighboring businesses created a stressful experience, with warnings about potential towing—though it remains unclear whether such measures are legally enforceable. This logistical challenge further diminished the appeal of the visit.
TLDR, Lola Savannah offers a serviceable but unremarkable coffee shop experience. While it may suffice for a quick stop, it does not distinguish itself enough to warrant a special trip. For those seeking a more refined coffee experience or a welcoming environment, other local options may better meet expectations.

What promised to be a beautiful and uplifting morning, took a turn when we walked into Lola savanna- the employees were not very welcoming or friendly. It just felt sad in there. The strawberry matcha had no strawberry and was very bitter. The vanilla iced latte was watery and bland. Tacos were okay and salsa was great

A very quiet and chill place to meet and work at.

Decided to visit after seeing pictures of a comfortable setting and a nice outdoor view. The inside has been redone to be sterile metal like everywhere else, and they won't let you sit outside on the patio if you aren't eating. What's left was a shoddily made espresso that was on the slight expensive end. Another establishment that was probably once great and has died with the old Austin.

The worst coffee ever.
The girl made it in about 30 seconds – I was shocked. Now I understand why the place was empty when I walked in. It wasn’t coffee, it was dishwater. I had to throw it away.
I don’t drink coffee all week just so I can treat myself on Sundays – and this was such a disappointment.
I don’t recommend this place.
