One of our go-to spots when were in the area. Lunch specials are amazing. Hubby always gets the orange chicken ( it had orange slices in the sauce!). We almost always have enough to have lunch the next day! Prices are excellent and service is just as good. Owner is always there and always makes sure we leave satisfied and with a smile, his jokes are so cheesy, love it! It is in a shopping center, so you may need to cross flowing traffic. There's single stall bathrooms. And plus size accessibility is also 4.8 stars. There's tables with chairs and they also have booths. The tables are a bit close together, making it a bit difficult to walk from the table to the bathroom.

Came for dinner Thanksgiving eve and could not gave been more pleased. Food was fresh and full of flavor. Portions were just right. Service was great as always. We had steamed dumplings, Mongolian beef, sesame chicken and beef chow mein. Everything was hot and delicious.
Probably the best Chinese food in town. I have been going here for at least 20 years.if you want to go for lunch on a cold day you better get there early cause it will be packed.

Decent food but not an honest business. Bait and switch pricing. Their outdated menu with old pricing is linked to google. When I picked up my order cost 2x expected - the host was well aware of the issue and stated “yeah, google wants $500-$700 to fix it so we just left it” Weird thing to tell a customer and definitely something that should be fixed. Happy to pay the appropriate amount for plates but they need to be up front about their pricing.

Lotus Hunan is conveniently located just minutes from where I work, and my CEO has been coming here for years. I’m grateful to finally experience why. Their primary operator, Raymond, is an outstanding host who always takes care of us and delivers excellent service every time.
