I feel dumb that we have never been to Lotus Hunan before this evening because it was GREAT! Classic Chinese comfort food, friendly and fast service, and super tasty! We’ve been driving to North Austin for Chinese all these years and could have come here instead!

Parking: 2 wheelchair and lots of free parking in storefront or lot behind.

literally the best thing to ever exist. Mr. Vo is a legend, and the food is even better. I couldn't suggest more that you come here. The only warning I can give you is that it's very addictive. I get takeout once a week and I'm makin meal prep with it because I can't get enough of it.

They took my order over the phone. I arrived at 9:02pm and the place was completely shut down and locked up. So I wasted my time and gas driving there to be left literally hanging… unbelievably poor service. Will not be back. Honestly thanks for saving me $20 wasted on mediocre food and the stomachache/ bloating that would have followed.
Don’t take the order so close to close if you’re not going to wait even 5 minutes. I can’t help there was literally unexpected random construction.

My first time going in the establishment was 12/23 while my son was here visiting on leave from military.All I can say is that customer service is great as well the food; but more than anything. Every time my son comes home he says before picking me up from the airport; please stop by lotus and get me an order of egg rolls and shrimp fried rice.. it’s like routine now for him. He says he enjoys coming home and eating here I totally agree with him. These days it’s hard to get good food and customer service.. I highly recommend this establishment to others. “ Healthy as well”?
