Been dining at Madam Mam's for over a decade. This location has the worst Pad See Ew. Literally no flavor or color.

I had friends walk out recently and they warned me about eating here. Tonight I did not heed the warning and went. What a disappointment. The waitress totally screwed up my order and wanted to ARGUE with us. There were only four tables/booths occupied and the service was sooooo slow. Sent food back and wound up not eating. Won’t be back.

One of the best Thai restaurants around.Good selection of dishes and includes pictures of dishes on the menu. Makes it easier for first time customers.Quality and quantity of the menu items are amazing. No questions about that.Service is polite and had a table ready quickly.Overall clean and quick service restaurant. They do get a lot of delivery orders too but that doesn’t make dine orders slow or under par.Must visit if you wanna taste some good Thai foodzPrices are reasonable.Plenty of parking around and easy to find one.

Vegetarian options: Very few veg options, but they are clearly labeled. The best part is that they have labeled if the dish has fish sauce or not.

Takeout service is not consistent.I ordered the takeout two hours in advance (for 2:40 pickup).Came at 3pm and it turns out the order was messed up with the back kitchen and somehow was not yet done.Had to wait 15 min as they never did our order.Did not offer anything for making me wait. Bad customer service.

It was good food overall. The portions were huge compared to other Thai restaurants in Tri-state area. If you ordered dishes without meat, the vegetables in the dish were awful. There were no vegetables other than buc-choy, onions or spring onions. Generally you get good amount of bell peppers, spring beans, zucchini etc.Otherwise the overall experience was good.
Attentive and courteous staff elevate the dining experience. Pricing is fair for the quality of dishes served. A go-to place for great service and food.

Came here at the suggestion of a friend. Interior was fun with traditional decor. Service was kept busy, but staff were incredibly friendly. Plenty of business from take out.I ordered their chicken pad krapow, which came out in an unconventional clay pot. This meant my first bite destroyed my tongue. The egg was barely runny before the radiant heat cooked it thru. Still really tasty, plenty of red chilis sprinkled throughout. The crispy rice along the clay pot was flavorful and had a great texture.I think Madam Mams hit the spot for our party, with compliments to the papaya salad and po tak seafood soup. The kao soi maybe had a bit too much curry powder/paste? But still a good choice, especially if you love big portions.

Large portions and the mam's egg rolls are decent, the sweet and sour sauce they come with is pretty good but the rolls themselves are super greasy. Pad Thai is just okay, there's definitely better Thai food options nearby in my opinion . Would order pickup or take out from somewhere else going forward. That being said, their portions are massive so if you're looking to feed a family of 4 or more, this might be a quick and economical option, but certainly not if you're looking for exceptional Thai food.

I've enjoyed Madam Mam's many times and just love their food. I've been at lunch time on several occasions and while they were very busy, the level of service and food quality remained the same.
