Loved their pollo alla grigllia. Their olive oil and herbs for dipping bread is divine. I love that you can buy the actual products they use right their in their restaurant. Also, you must have a coffee there. So deliciously smooth!
Tried the vegeteriano pannini! My new favorite!

Very good food just wish you didn’t have to stand at a counter to order and then go sit down. Feel like you have to wait on yourself.

The only reason I gave a one for service is my husband and I are seniors and we were not allowed to order from the kids menu. We cannot eat the large portions you serve. It would be nice to be able to order from the kids menu as other restaurants let seniors do this. Please consider doing this.
Thank you, Glenda and Greg

The gelato is delicious, some of the best in Austin. The vegetarian panini looked very promising but unfortunately the eggplant was rubbery. We suspect it was undercooked, but possibly it had been frozen.

I'm usually a big fan of Mandolo's, we go to the one in the triangle frequently. This one really let me down.
1. Walk in the front door and see a massive roach (appeared stepped on) just past the host stand.
2. The chicken parm smelled and tasted really bad. I don't even know how to describe it.
Everything else was good - panini, mozz sticks and bread. Maybe just a bad day, but disappointing.

This was a wonderful Italian restaurant event too many before, but this is outstandingly the best! The only comment that I have was, it is very noisy, but that’s a good sign because that means they are making lots of business

A great family spot with super atmosphere. Grand kids always enjoy the Gelato counter and food is excellent. A stand in line, order at counter setup that works for less wait time.

I have been to a few different Mandola's locations. This location is my favorite. I went with a friend yesterday and we were greeted by Juan. He was very friendly and helpful. We also met the manager Maria who was very friendly and gave us a few of her favorite suggestions. Maria was very passionate about the menu and it was refreshing to interact with friendly faces after a long day. Our table also had a nice view of the outside Sunset Valley area. The food is very fresh and the wine was on point. Thanks to the team for a great experience.
