Gong Cha offers authentic Taiwanese flavors and friendly service. Known for their Oolong milk tea and Earl Grey milk tea, they also cater to dietary restrictions. This place has literally the best strawberry milk tea in Austin. The staff are so friendly and quick, making it a great spot for families with kid-friendly and non-caffeinated choices available. Even when they are busy, the staff can quickly send out orders. As a bubble tea snob, the tea was delicious. Glad there’s a competent and satisfying bubble tea spot in South Austin. The service was good and they liked their Earl Grey milk tea.
