This was some of the best ramen I’ve ever tried! Make sure to join the waitlist before getting to the location, there’s a long wait and there’s no other waiting area other than outside. Service was great. Overall a great spot for good ramen!

I was not a fan of my vegetable ramen, as it was essentially a mix of broth, noddles (both quite tasty) with a fresh garden salad with tomatoes, peppers and onions. Hm. But if only for that, I would not have bothered to write this review because this is purely a matter of taste. Two big things that stand out in a negative manner: (1) eggs - they are not ramen eggs, marinated with jammy yolk, they are standard soft boiled eggs, on the runny side. I have never been to a ramen place...

This is a great spot with excellent service and a lovely ambiance. The broth in the ramen is truly top-notch, and the meat was consistently soft and juicy. We highly recommend the Marufuku Spicy Wings!

We tried the Hakata Tonkotsu and Chicken Paitan and Paitan DX bowls. The main suggestion we have is to balance the portions—there were too many noodles relative to the little meat and veggies. I also found the chicken leg in the Paitan DX slightly too sweet,...
