The cheese enchiladas are the best we have ever had! We live out of town but visit family in Austin every few months. We always pick a day to go to Maudies in Lakeway. They are always consistently the same, always great! Also their salsa and Queso are great. Good salsa can make or break my opinion of a tex-mex restaurant.
The service has been declining since all the servers are on the Toast system, at least on the patio. Disappointed my second time to make sure it was the case :( Bummer because it was one of my favs spots in Bee caves that had fresh chips and a wide variety of fresh options. By the way it is nearly impossible to get a seat at barduring HH.

The Diablo Queso and Steak Fajitas (either the plate or quesadilla) is great. The inside atmosphere leave something to be desired (it can be loud and feel a bit cramped) but on a nice day the outside patio is a very nice place for a couple of margaritas.
