Got three meals through the drive-thru and only one was correct. They got two of the three drinks wrong and ignored food requests/modifications even with them printed in the wrappers. I understand it was busy but it was only two requests.
Ordered on the McDonald's app and still had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order. There were other people getting their food first while I was waiting, why order from the app and get your food cold and still have to wait.
This McDonald’s experience changed my view forever on fast food. Incredible service from Guadalupe and Ernesto, showing the way you do customer service. The restroom was beautiful. Yummy yummy, I love mcdicks!

McDonald's is a popular fast-food chain that continues to offer great value for money, consistently good food, and a commitment to sustainability. Customers can expect a positive experience, with courteous and attentive service, as well as clean and well-maintained dining areas and bathrooms. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, including breakfast items like the Sausage McMuffin with Eggs, which many customers enjoy.
