This is my favorite McDonald's in Austin. I like to order with the app and use curbside pickup. The food is almost always fresh and delivered in a timely manner. I like that the curbside pickup option is available until 10pm, while other McDonald's locations close their curbside pickup much earlier in the day. I did go inside the McDonald's once and it seemed a little messy, but the food and service here can't be beat.

Never took my order at the speaker!!! Waited 24 minutes then I pull up and have to place my order on the app and when I get to the window the damn guy says can u pull up I said no u made me wait 22 and never took my order then u wanna make me pull up after I’ve been here a total of 34 minutes now!!! Nope I won’t move up. He says I’m the only one working register maam I said that’s the easy part! The cooking is the hardest and he said oh really and then walked off. They better not mess up my food! I will never come here again

I ordered today through drive thru and the little red head Hispanic girl had a attitude after being told we don't have all of our orders. I literally had to park and go in then she acted like she had no clue how to do her job. Please stop hiring these rude a , no manner having teenagers, if you pissed at the world move around from server window, and to top it off my food was poorly put together
