someone came in and stole my mobile order, the manager then refused for 10 minutes straight to refund me or make my food and told me it was my fault repeatedly and how she was “just doing her job” even though if she did her job correctly she would’ve seen that woman didn’t have that order because it WASNT HER ORDER.
She then proceeded to force me to try and cancel my order (i couldn’t because it was already marked as made) and didn’t bother helping. Customers even began walking out after witnessing her treatment of me.
It was then and only then A WORKER BENEATH HER decided to remake the food i SHOULD have received to begin with and when she did the manager had an attitude the entire time.
This is the closest mcdonald’s to me and can easily say i will never come back to this location and will tell all friends and family to do so as well.

The cashier lied to me saying that I couldn't get a water cup becausevthe water doesn't have filter. I told them it's the same water being used for the soda. Then the manager lied too n finally said to me ill give u the water cup but make sure it's for water. They profiled me as a thief n embarrassed me in front of others. I feel like crying.

After repeating our order to the cashier and she repeated the order back she STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG. When I went to tell them (before I found out they messed up my order) my fries were missing the lady told me we didn't get the meal. At first I was like oh it's just the fries we can do without. When we got the food put was when I noticed that the entire order was wrong! Not the first time but definitely the last time I will buy from here.

First time at this McDonald's and it started off okay, but easily became one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Some staff act like they’re too good to be there, ignoring customers and chatting while people wait. I stood around for a good 10 minutes till somebody came to take my order, then 15 minutes after getting a happy meal I went to get water, suddenly 5 seconds later a lady accused me of stealing a drink and even brought security to kick me out, apparently thinking I was some vagrant fishing in the trash for a free drink. This was easily the most insulting disrespectful treatment I’ve faced in over 10 years of living in the U.S. If you’re that paranoid about people stealing soda, put the machines behind the counter. And to the manager, hire people who actually want to do their jobs.

Today I went to McDonald’s to get me a happy meal n a burger okay cool first of all waited more then expected when they stand there looking dumb understandable it’s McDonald’s okay. The guy took my order he was cool but when I got my food handed to me I asked for a bigger bag so I can put my things in since I was walking uk the lady made me repeat my self after loudly n firmly asking for it. As I was leaving another customer notice they had an attitude today. I go to that McDonald’s a lot for them tripping on me for cancelling out on a happy meal cus I was short on cents n they still gave me the xs cup nice but as I tried asking for the manager card the other lady just said no se la des, acavo no Pago por la otra soda pero xs small soda like please bro I visit yall a lot for u to trip on that. Yall can do way better than the people yall have at that location and I know I’m not the only one saying about the attitude but some won’t speak out. Plz corrpurate fix that team or I will keep going daily until I see new workers who actually enjoy helping the customers out. Sencierly Jesus

I was delivery driving and I was very patient waiting for the customer's order. I actually don't care if it takes super long because I know food places like this are always busy. Not one worker would look at me and I could tell it was on purpose, like they did not care at all. I waited 25 minutes for the order and when I finally got it, I was walking away and the employee YELLED at me because they needed me to confirm the order on my food delivery app. The yell was very aggressive and unnecessary...I was just chillin and didn't complain about the 25 minute wait. I did not appreciate being yelled at, so I kept walking and then I got a notification that they rated me 1 star for delivery driving on the Uber app. So I am here to do the same
