I came here to get food for me and my girl and they didn’t have sweet tea, I asked them if they had any and they said yes one moment and then just acted as if I wasn’t here I was waiting for 15 mins and decided to leave as my food was already cold and they did nothing to help me

I was delivery driving and I was very patient waiting for the customer's order. I actually don't care if it takes super long because I know food places like this are always busy. Not one worker would look at me and I could tell it was on purpose, like they did not care at all. I waited 25 minutes for the order and when I finally got it, I was walking away and the employee YELLED at me because they needed me to confirm the order on my food delivery app. The yell was very aggressive and unnecessary...I was just chillin and didn't complain about the 25 minute wait. I did not appreciate being yelled at, so I kept walking and then I got a notification that they rated me 1 star for delivery driving on the Uber app. So I am here to do the same

I ordered a 4 piece nugget happy meal. Waited 10 minutes while other that ordered after were served before me. By the time I finally got the box and got home, they did not put in the nuggets or the apple slices. I received a box with a toy and a kids fry.......

Very weird place. The guy who rang me up, Rey, must be on something because he was furiously cleaning badly and he was jittery and upset even though I was the only customer there. Not to mention how unsafe and full of bums the Walmart is, avoid at all costs.

For being just a Walmart McDonald’s I will tell you it’s the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The staff is always friendly even though they are always packed. I honestly feel like it’s the busiest McDonald’s in Austin but they always have smiles on their faces and most important I’ve ordered from here more times than I can count since moving to Austin from Uber Eats or just grabbing food after grocery shopping and they have never messed up my order. I appreciate everyone that works there

I live right across the street and me and my son come here fairly often. I just want to give these awesome people a shoutout because at this location in particular my order is never wrong! The food is always fresh and the service is polite and prompt. Even when I had issues using the kiosk one time the manager came to help me complete my order. Today I came to get the big breakfast with bacon and pancakes and my plate was steaming hot. No joke when I opened the tray my bacon was STILL SIZZLING! McDonald’s is always a go to for me and my son but this location is definitely my favorite, keep up the awesome work you guys!
I just ate the tiniest "big Mac" I've ever had why would McDonald's make this decision to make the big Mac that small?? Been going to mcds for decades but I don't think I'm ever going back
