I want to commend the staff at this location. I placed an online order for breakfast and when I showed up the app showed the order had been canceled. I explained the situation and the staff was able to resolve the issue and did it with a smile! Amazing service!! I didn’t get her name, but it was a friendly African-American woman at the front counter who was handling the breakfast rush like a champ. She turned a bad situation into a return customer!

Despite the bad reviews, I find this McDonalds to be one of the best in Austin, is my go-to because it's really close to my place but I really like it here, service is fast, there's not a lot of people and it has never disappointed me (actually once, but not because of them, I was trying something new rather than my regular order).
Now that I moved out I'm gonna miss this location but I totally recommend it.
