Food was play, the tortilla seemed homemade but it could have been more filling. The pastor was good and the carne asada was good. They don’t give a real receipt and it’s only cash or zelle. No cards. There was a little sitting area but it was still cold, seemed a lot of to go traffic at lunch.
Absolutely love this food truck. I grew up in the area and now drive down from Round Rock every once in a while for the nostalgic experience. They serve delicious authentic Mexican food, coming from a family that grew up eating such foods on a daily basis. The caldo the pollo ranchero is tasty, their corn tortillas are delicious, the barbacoa, the tacos de tripa (you can ask for crunchy and they are perfect), the cheese in the quesadillas is delicious, not the flavorless mozzarella...
The breakfast tacos are delicious! I would recommend calling in for large pickup orders as there was only 1 lady running the show (not sure if this is always the case). However she was very sweet and kind and the food was definitely worth the wait.
