This classic food trailer offers made-to-order meals, with the owner known for his friendly demeanor and genuine love for smoking meat. The menu features only sandwiches and tacos, including highly recommended breakfast brisket tacos with eggs and cheese, and excellent sausage wraps. The brisket is so tender that it falls apart the moment it hits your tongue, and the sauce is superb. The truck often sells out of brisket sandwiches by 1:30 pm. Customers can expect big tacos that provide great value, and corn tortillas are sometimes available. Prices are lower than those of nearby establishments, making it a must-try even if it's a little out of the way. Please note that there are no tables or seating, so it's best to enjoy the food in your car or take it somewhere else.
