Love the intimate setting. There are only 8 tables. Technically, it's reservation-only, but walk-in might be accommodated near their opening time at 5 pm. Their cocktail menu is interesting, a 6-chapter story on cowboys vs. aliens (Texas with a quirky twist!): Highballs, Stirred and Down, Mahattanas and Martinis, Sours and Daisys, Terraformed Tiki Culture, Zero Proof. We were a group of 8 and didn't realize we would get a private room in the back! It was cozy and perfect for us. The cocktails were great, all about $20/each, but it made for such a fun night! Would recommend to anyone looking for something a little different to do in Austin.
An absolutely wonderful and unique experience that sets this speakeasy apart from the other locations on 6th Street. The offerings of well designed cocktails are a reflection of the passion in the craft showed by the folks that work here. This isn’t the loud beer and whiskey-coke bar like the others on the street and I am here for it!
