The manager, Felix, knows nothing about customer service. I called to have something removed from my ticket that no one at my table received. He insisted we received it and that someone must have eaten it even if it wasn’t ordered. He kept talking over me while I was talking. He was insisting over and over that someone ate it. Super rude. After being there for over 2 hours waiting on our food? I would know exactly what everyone at my table had to eat.
