The employee was very kind. I speak Spanish and she spoke English. She tried to speak Spanish with me, especially very respectful. I didn't have a bag and she kindly gave me one. More people like that. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but I went on Wednesday, April 16 at 8:00 a.m. Thank you.
Everytime I call and come down to pick it up they always take care of me and my guys no matter the time or order! Amazing customer service, super patient and friendly, and more down to earth than any pizza place I’ve ever been to! Definitely stop by and try a slice for sure!
We had a birthday malfunction when another pizza delivery company cancelled our order leaving us scrambling. I walked into MrGatti’s and the owner came up and saved the day. I told her the situating and she was so nice and willing to help. Not only was she able to get the pizzas made in record time but they also gave us a discount. Thank you for saving the day!
