The Soup Peddler makes the best soups in Austin! I love that they have plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Their mulligatawny is the best I have had! Their soups are always flavorful and filling and you can tell their ingredients are fresh just by the taste.
The vibe and staff at this location are very calm and pleasant! They were friendly and chatted with me, and I learned that one was a new staff member (Chloe) being trained up; I watched a very upset customer berate her, and she was very calm and did not get defensive despite how harsh the person was.
