The pizza was fine, no complaints. I was planning to use a $5 birthday coupon I got a week ago from Mr Gattis. I was told that the coupons never work, so they don’t even try to run it. I won’t be ordering from Mr Gattis again. The employee was polite but didn’t even try to get me the discount.

Mr. Gattis is the best chain pizza on the market and this location is great! The crust is the right amount and the sauce is perfect. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and all I want is tomato sauce. This location puts the EXACT right amount of extra sauce when you ask for it. Enough to satisfy my cravings for the perfect pizza sauce but not so much that my husband complains. Also, the employees tonight were super friendly and the shop is well cleaned. There was another customer in there being a bit of a nit and they handled the situation very professionally.

The guy with the red glasses working the counter is unprofessional and rude. Didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge me as a person and instead knocked on the counter to get my attention. On top of that he made sarcastic remarks about everything that was asked of him. This guy should not be working the counter let alone in a customer service position. I've been to this location dozens of time over as a delivery driver and a customer and have never been treated in such a poor manner.

This is our home Gatti’s and I occasionally order for work at other locations. I mistakenly ordered lunch at another location and Kim and Lamar here went above and beyond to remedy the situation and get me on my way in no time with fresh pizza, and called the other store to void the erroneous order!
