It's my daughter's birthday. All she wanted was pizza for dinner. We ordered at 5 now it's 2 hours later and still no pizza. Thank for ruining my daughter's birthday Mr. Gatti's. Took almost 2 hours for the driver to even be on the way to grab the pizza, so I canceled my order. Pretty upsetting to see a staple franchise in Austin not even have their own drivers.

This place has never let me down. Great food and service. I really want to commend Lucas, there was a mix up with my order and he was able to fix it and have a fresh one for me in minutes. You don’t get service like that from many people now a days. If he isn’t currently in a higher position, he really needs to be considered. Amazing service from my guy.

Guy at the cashier (glasses, hat, long ponytail) has a very sarcastic attitude that is off putting. The large pizza we ordered clearly wasn’t a large (not sure if they didn’t roll the dough out enough or if they didn’t use enough dough) and instead of being accommodating since we spent money on a large and not a medium he questioned my intelligence. Saddens me since I use to love Gatti’s pizza. Won’t be returning any time soon!

The pizza was fine, no complaints. I was planning to use a $5 birthday coupon I got a week ago from Mr Gattis. I was told that the coupons never work, so they don’t even try to run it. I won’t be ordering from Mr Gattis again. The employee was polite but didn’t even try to get me the discount.

Mr. Gattis is the best chain pizza on the market and this location is great! The crust is the right amount and the sauce is perfect. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and all I want is tomato sauce. This location puts the EXACT right amount of extra sauce when you ask for it. Enough to satisfy my cravings for the perfect pizza sauce but not so much that my husband complains. Also, the employees tonight were super friendly and the shop is well cleaned. There was another customer in there being a bit of a nit and they handled the situation very professionally.
