MugShots Reviews

It is a cool hole in the wall bar with an average amount of beers and liquor. I really enjoyed it because of the history of the place. It was built in the 1880's and used to be a house. From the inside looking out, you can see the original front doorway and porch. Also, maybe you will see the lady in blue floating around. I would recommend checking it out for a drink or two.

A true to character, classic dive bar feeling. Their theme is consistent and funny. The bartenders are very quick witted, fun, and attentive. I always appreciate a small town feel in a city when you can create a bond with a restaurant or bar. Mugshots definitely gave me that. Shoutout to bartender Ashby (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) for being unapologetically hilarious and kind. Can't wait to go back this weekend for some pool and drinks.

After another bar near 6th street refused to serve us (because we had "older" less hipster guest" I suggested we go to Mugshots, a place I've been to many of times. That was the best decision we made all night. This bar is not too noisy, always has seats and the bar tender suggested another drink after the drink my cousin requested could not be made (due to ingredients). She loved it! He even made sure she would like the drink before charging us. Oh and they have ginger beer!...read full review
