The main guy worker was extremely rude to us and short. We were just trying to get a dessert after eating our lovely burger and was told we could come back in 20 min to get our cookie. So we did that, and he was super rude and short with us. We would have been fine with understanding they were not ready yet, but our question to get a cookie was answered with rudeness and an unkind response. I don’t appreciate that and don’t support people who are unkind to customers.
Sachi really turned our experience around. We’ve seen this place hyped up on YouTube and wanted to give it a shot. The fries were great. My burger was alright, my gf’s burger was bad. I really wanted to just give feedback on this pricey burger but spoke to Sachi who convinced my girlfriend to give him a chance to make remake hers. straight to the point menu but they have perfected their juicy burger meat seasoning and their fries. really small location and barely any seating when it’s packed. i suggest ordering online ahead of time and taking it to go.
