Customers praise the incredible sushi and enjoy the clean, minimalist environment and the fantastic ambiance. The scallop hand roll is highly recommended. The fish is always so fresh and full of flavor and their specialty menu is always top notch. The yellowtail collar is to die for. The hand rolls are fantastic. One warning: the dressed oysters have salmon roe and uni which makes them quite fishy tasting. The restaurant does a great job staggering reservations so it didn't feel crowded. Every dish was extraordinary.
