Amazing BBQ food truck! What's a trip across Texas without a few BBQ stops? Originally we were heading to Terry Blacks but it was overflowing with customers at 1pm on a Monday afternoon. So off to Big Vinny's we went. The brisket was divine, super moist, falling apart. Sausage was perfectly seasoned and a wonderful texture. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Austin!
The flavours pop. Great service, too. If you eat in, the corner is busy with cars idling right at the corner, but a good place to people watch. Anyway, the food is worth it. Take it to go!

Stopped by for some BBQ and it was fantastic! I got a sandwich and my husband got the 3 meat plate. The brisket was so juicy it was delicious!!! The sides we super good as well, I highly reccomend the potato salad and the street corn. Affordable for bbq and absolutely delicious.
