Better views than stubbs for a show but otherwise similar. If crowded, the drink lines are really painful and bleed into the concert crowd. Entry is also amateur hour; probably stood in line for 35-40 minutes to get in. Acoustically fine (generally better than Stubbs). For whatever reason the neighboring businesses have chosen to not profit from a major parking deficiency in the area. Like stubbs, only worth a major concert if you really want to see the band.
Great little venue with solid drinks and decent food options out back. They host lots of bigger events or festivals throughout the year, along with many smaller ones in between. I was a big fan of the hot sauce festival and the witches market! Live music lots of times, always a good time.

There are several food trucks onsite, which when I visited included a pizza truck in the back and a coffee truck in the front. They have a little parking lot in front of the building.
