We've eaten here a number of times. Normally a good experience. This one was a bit of a miss. Mainly service related. Took over 40 minutes to get our pre dinner drinks. Entrees arrived about 10 minutes after appetizers were served, so we had no break between courses. Server brought check about 2 minutes after the dessert was placed in front of us, despite us not requesting it, and us actually planning on after dinner drinks. Then checked back 2 times while we were still eating...
Very nice ambiance. The service was amazing, our server was so kind and took care of us well. Even when the kitchen would serve our food, they were so kind. Overall, food was great! I feel like there's maybe some better places for the same prices, but does not mean that the food was not exquisite!
Called to request outdoor seating and understood it hasn't been open due to the rain, but when I asked if we could get a table with a view because it's our vow renewal, I was met with yeah we're really busy I can't promise anything. Very dismissive and you could tell she didn't care at all. Once we arrived we were able to be seated outside but the host was rude to our photographer, even though she promised she wouldn't even be standing up taking pictures...
