I went to Nori for my birthday and I'm Obsessed. We got the no-tuna and no-salmon nigiri, spicy edamame, volcano roll, Shiitake roll, and yakisoba. Absolutely stellar experience!

Great ambience and food. Definitely the best vegan sushi I've tasted! We were originally booked at the high table (an oversight on my part). That was an issue for us, since we were dining in with a toddler. The staff, however, were kind enough to switch us over to regular seating on very short notice.
Valentine's Day at Nori Sushi was great. 1 of 2 vegetarian omakase dining experiences in Austin. They could easily compete for a Michelin star recognition. The food was outstanding both in creation and presentation. The cocktail program was absolutely amazing. I opted for the Saki paring while my lovely date had an exclusive cocktail. We have been coming back for a year when we want great vegetarian sushi. My date is vegetarian and I've always wanted to bring her to...
