Wonderful place to get bundt cakes. Everyone is so friendly
Offered a 3 hr delivery window, still arrived 1.5 hours late. Left itemized receipt (it was a birthday gift 🤦♀️). Didn't securely attach balloons - allowing them to float off, which is awful for the environment. Refused to re-deliver, finally offered partial refund after multiple phone calls.
We won't be ordering from this company again. Very disappointing birthday gift service for a child, especially during the pandemic.
