When you pay top dollar for food to hang with family but you have to do all the work. Serve yourself. Track someone down for ketchup. Using an app to order / and some kind of credit card to get beer. The point of eating out is saving time and focusing on family. This place made no sense. Food was good but the lack of customer service was a real downer. We won't be coming back.

Interesting place with self serve taps. Prices can get high but happy hour makes it worth going.

I don’t usually leave reviews but when something is so bad, I feel I should warn people. Overly complicated setup, terrible food (fish and chips, burnt flavorless fish and inedible cardboard fries) and a burger (I had to choose how I wanted it cooked, chose medium and it was so overcooked and dry it was funny). Funny if it hadn’t cost $75. No good.

We’ve dined and ordered delivery so many times from Oz and have always loved it. Unfortunately, it appears things have changed. Just ordered a burger for delivery and despite ordering it medium rare, I received a burger that was completely burnt on the outside, dry as a bone inside, very little pink and so salty my lips are burning. The rest of our order was of very poor quality. So disappointed. They’ve really gone downhill. Doubt we will be coming back.

Cool place.
Beer Wall is an awesome idea. Careful how you pour as it's priced by oz.
Nachos are really good.

Customer service girl rude behavior, they don’t even care people who are standing at the counter. Treat everyone equally

Unique self service taphouse with a great selection of beers, ciders, wines, and cocktails. More kids than at a Chucky Cheese but there is some outdoor seating where you can escape the birthday parties. (Who has their child's birthday at a taphouse????). We only tried the giant pretzel charcuterie tray so I can't say too much about the kitchen.
Kid-friendliness: Why? 🧐

I love the set up here. They give you a card and then you pour a glass or pint for yourself. There are lots of different things to try like beer, cider and wine. My favorite was the pineapple cider. You are charged by the ounce. To combat people over doing it, if you buy too much on your card that tracks your purchases it will shut you down. However the staff will talk to you and if you aren't drunk they reboot your card so you can have a few more. There is also options for table service. You scan from your chair/table the qr code and order food etc and it's brought to your table. Indoor outdoor seating is available there are lawn games etc. If you have kids, this place is chill about that but it gets a bit chaotic when the parents don't keep tabs on their kids. 🤪 The rule of thumb should be if you as an adult would not run between strangers' tables and chairs playing freeze tag then you should make sure you're kids aren't doing that either.
Have been coming regularly with my boyfriend, last few times have been disappointed with the food and noise level. Bratty children screaming constantly throughout our visit and our food was bland and made us feel sick after. Not worth coming back unfortunately.

I'm honestly shocked that it wasn't a franchise or chain........for all good reasons. Couple things here and there could be tweaked as with any spot. We got the beef nachos, chicken quesadilla, and fried pickles. Some soda, some beer, a Marg and a Loma. Food tasted great and the spin they put on these classics is subtle and classy. Nothing over the top or pretentious. A hot dog place up in hutto/pville had the tap wall but went out of business a few years back. I'm still not a fan of these regular restaurant prices and expecting regular restaurant tips. Order at counter, pour your own drinks, get your silverware, honestly these counter service places are the cool and hip lubys. But man.....this food is crazy better than lubys. Although some fried fish and okra sounds damn good right now. So service was good in terms of keeping things clean and tidy. Stuff is well stocked. I'm a cold mug type dude so that stood out.....and I didn't really think about drinking vessel arrangement so grabbed the wrong thing. Luckily I grabbed the big mug instead of a shot glass :) super impressed with food. Whole family was. Execution on point, good portions, price was good. If ingredients and everything is farm to table and quality then value might be a little higher even. Laid back vibe........wish they had it when our kids were younger......now other people's kids is kind of a pain :), but not intolerable. Playground equipment seemed servicable. Games were popular. Both inside and outside were satisfactory and relaxing even.......right about when I finished my 64 oz Paloma. Jk
Seriously though Paloma was ok.....tasted like pre-made mix but I could for sure be wrong. we are never out that way but if we are again we will try and make it work to come back here. If i could compare it to a place, I would call it the, non-corporate, trendy, tectastic, austin version willy's ice house. Thank yall for dinner and wish you all the best. Happy continued growth :)

This place is truly one-of-a-kind! We enjoyed the diverse selection of food and drinks, and everything we tried was fantastic! They make their own ingredients of their cocktails that are all on tap. I had the Paloma & it was so refreshing. The food was really good & has everything to fried to super healthy options like the protein bowl. We will definitely be back!
