The team here is so helpful and attentive to the orders! I didn’t have a chance to get his name but the cashier is sooo kind! I didn’t see the strawberry lemonade on the P Terry app and he was able to introduce me to a new limited time Blackberry flavor which I absolutely loved. Austin is lucky to have P Terrys

This place made me extremely sick within 20 min of eating. I had the double cheeseburger combo. I was hunched over all night after in terrible pain. I will never return to P Terry's again. One of the worst nights of my life.

Literally every time we eat here it is sub par, cold food that takes 30 plus minutes to get in the drive thru. Also the staff is extremely rude. Half the time they forget burgers, fries or cookies and the other half of the time the drinks are incorrect or something is messed up on a burger. This location is terrible. P Terry's used to be my go to fast food place for so many years, but sadly this location has done me wrong so many times I'm done with P Terry's altogether. Get better management and staff. P Terry's is falling off hard.

When in Austin? 🤷‍♀️ Had to try an Austin chain. Food was hot, tasted good, and the service was quick. First time for us, would go again.

Yes Five stars ⭐️ There is no reason to leave a bad review when the issue has been resolved. Tuesday at 6:15pm, I ordered the combo #3 with extra crispy fries and a Coke, after paying for my food the wait time was around 4min to get everything but My fries were cold to the Touch and I was how this is possible when I have asked for my fries to be extra crispy? Well I asked the young man who handed me the food and he was very calm listen to me and he went back and handed me another bad of super hot and fresh fries, I also was given him the other fries back and he said that I can keep it. The problem was solve and easy fix, but in my opinion we are going back P. Terry’s for a reason and they always provide good food and service so, to the expo person just make sure that whatever you are serving is right to keep the good quality of the food and the best reputation of your company.

Drive thru takes way too long. I have worked kitchens including burger spots and this just doesn’t make any sense. You have a line of cars in drive thru and line at the window? Throw some extra burgers on grill, get some fries ready to drop. Anticipate your rush, in & out on airport,is twice as fast, chick fil a…. Forget about it. 10x the speed here.

great food banana bread made fresh daily and cookies off the chain! I thought oh just another burger place but I was wrong very good prices food was amazing all VERY FRESH no heat lamps no microwaved food 😋 😜

The don’t know how to say Hi, Please, thank you, you’re welcome…😂. Everything else is just perfect.
