First time here. The food is very reminiscent of in and out burger. Ordering the food was quick and easy. The food came out fast and it was delicious(p.s. went at like 12:30am). Will definitely be coming back here when I'm in Austin again.

I am sad to have to write this because I love the food here, but the reason why I am rating this 1 star is because I have paid over $50 on sauce that I don't receive. It is very frustrating paying for extra sauce and getting home to see NONE! I am just annoyed because I do really love the food, but I hate giving them money for something they consistently never give me!!!!!!!!!!!

Long wait in drive through with a short line. The person and the food window did t know what we ordered and opened a drink she couldn’t identify with the lid alone to try and figure out if it was my tea. I had to insist she not give me that drink and pour another to be certain. Then she tried to hand me food that wasn’t ours when I had repeated our order already. Then had to hand over my receipt to help her sort it out. Worst drive through experience I’ve had and I’m a frequent taco bell customer so that’s saying something.

Tried the cheese burger, fries chicken burger with cheese, their fries, and their banana bread, and all of them met or exceeded my expectations for the price. All the locations I saw had cool and unique architecture and color scheme. Worth stopping by if you haven't been and are passing through. They use a really neat overhead order mover track that was neat to see.

Pete, Terry has been a staple of mine since I moved to Austin 10 years ago. Great burgers! Great prices I worked with the owners and they are good solid, hard-working people who charge a fair and reasonable price.
This is the worst p terrys location in austin. Also unfortunately the closest one to where I live. I have probably eaten here about 100 times over the last few years and they have messed up the order about 84 times.

The guy at the window didn't speak English. Couldn't take my order. Felt like I wad at mcdonalds. Guess thats why they're replacing immigrants with kiosks.. not a bad idea.

The food is good but the employees are incompetent. I specifically asked if they have cookies (they run out all the time) the employee said yes and added them to my order. I pulled around to the window and guess what.. no cookies. He tried to tell me I didn't pay for them, which was a lie. My only option was to pull back around and wait in line again for a refund, which I didn't have time for. The lemonade tasted like lemon water they definitely forgot to add the sugar. 5 star food, 0 star employees.

I love pterrys, but this is by far the slowest location. I'm writing this literally sitting at the drive through right now. No one else is even here. Are they just chillin in there? I hope the fries are still warm when ever they get around to
