Very rude management the night of 1/21/2026 at 2:32am pulled through the drive thru no one responded to the drive thru then parked in the drive and went to get my order and the manager has the nerve to tell me where to park how about you do your job and stop worrying about the police and give customers there food.. and control what you can control not pay attention to the police this overnight manager needs training on how to run overnight will not be returning to this establishment !!

The manager is so rude and I ask to use the bathroom and the manager told them not to give me the key for the bathroom I mean how can you eat your food without washing your hand . Plus I wanted to cook my burger more and he also say no

4 combo orders, cashier got three of them wrong. Drove from Fort Worth to drop my daughter off at UT.
When I said something to one of the guys behind the counter. Cashier sat to the side with a smile like it was on purpose.
Won’t be back. Thanks for nothing

-Great for fast food. Love the vegetarian burger option, and that you can easily customize your order. Also like the shakes.

-Typically, I order ahead for no wait; one time, though, I went on an ACL day late night. It was absolutely PACKED and hectic, and my group waited over an hour for all of our food… the cooks were amazing and as fast as possible with handling the rush though.

I had a very disappointing experience at this P. Terry’s Burger Stand due to unprofessional behavior from employees. The incident took place on December 23, between 11:30 AM and 11:55 AM.

I waited close to 15 minutes for a pickup order, and during that time no one bothered to ask for the name or check which order I was there to pick up. When I finally asked how much longer it would take, the staff did not attempt to check the pickup system. Instead, they told me there was no pickup order ready and immediately asked if I wanted a refund, without verifying anything.

The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was frustrating and unacceptable. I encourage the owner or management team to review the camera recordings from that time period and take appropriate action to improve how pickup orders are handled.

Terrible experience. We went just for shakes, paid and everything at 11:35pm. After 10 minutes of waiting we asked for an update because we never got the shakes, they said it will be a few more minutes. There was a handful of others also waiting for shakes and the staff kept saying a few more minutes. It wasn’t until after midnight that they said the machine was broken and only offered us lemonades in return. They should have let us know before we ordered instead of keeping everyone waiting for over 30 minutes just to be disappointed with nothing. No refund or anything, terrible service and bad communication from the staff.

Went to get food thru the drive thru with 4 people (separate orders) and they said we could only do 2 split orders which on its own is a strange policy, but we placed two orders and at the window asked if we could wrap around and do another 2 orders to stay in their policy and the woman at the window said that was fine. We wrap around and the man taking the orders very rudely said order inside, disregarding there was also no parking. Side note my spicy sandwich wasn’t even spicy. Very disappointing experience don’t recommend. CFA spicy sandwich better

Ordered through the drive thru here said we could only order 2 separate orders only (there were 4 of us) we were nice and said ok! Pulled up to the window and asked if we could pull back around to place another 2 orders, they said yes so we spun the block because you couldn’t turn into the parking lot again and pulled back through. They were extremely rude and told us we had to order the other 2 orders as dine in inside and basically wasted our time so i had to send my friends in to eat and spin the block AGAIN. The management is atrocious, there is NO parking, we ordered spicy chicken burgers and they weren’t even spicy…. Will not be eating here ever again. Food was mid and cfa is better.
