Ordered a double burger to go got a bun with cheese only. When reporting staff was bligerant and willing to accept responsibility. I had to give him my credit card number on the phone to be refunded. He said his pos system is not able to refund without me being on site. Not very helpful

These are the best inexpensive burgers in the Austin area. You can pay a small fee for wheat buns. The service is always exceptional and food is good.

I am a huge P Terry’s fan and have been coming to this location for years now but I’ve finally just had to say, of all P Terry locations this one gets my order wrong about 95% of the time. I will say management and staff have always been very kind about the mess ups and give me a free next meal but the fact that I can’t ever just come here and get my order right is a little ridiculous. I truly mean it 95% of the time my order is wrong, despite always repeating myself at the drive through line. It’s not a complicated order simply on a wheat bun with no cheese and no sauce and for some reason no matter what, no matter when, this just can never be done the first time. Not sure what it is because literally every other location always gets it right, I only come to this one because it’s convenient but now it’s time I start driving 20 minutes further to the Bee Cave one to save myself the hassle of ordering twice and wasting food. Now I’ve made it a habit to check before I get home but it would be nice to just get the meal I order the first time. That being said, I do love P Terrys and know they are all hard workers but a little extra attentiveness wouldn’t hurt.

I love PTerry’s but I don’t know what it is about their system in store that makes it so that when you order a “spicy crispy chicken”, there’s a 50% chance you’ll get something different than what it’s supposed to be. Today it was with pepper jack but missing spicy mayo. Another time they put jalepenos on it. A while back it used to come with both hot sauce and spicy mayo but apparently not hot sauce anymore. I’m not sure if I even know anymore what it’s “supposed” to be. Luckily, whatever version I get is always good, it’s just weird that it’s this hard.
...Thank you to the owner for replying! Just a couple of other observations. When I order online for pickup (regular spicy), it always comes out right. It really seems like whoever happens to be at the register might not know which button to push, and so they try to modify the order manually. I had this conversation with the on-duty manager about a year ago who explained that this was indeed what happened for that day's order. It just seems like the training gap continues to be an issue.

I love the ideal size for those of us who don't eat a lot.
I love the fries ??, natural and well fried.

And in this one you can eat right there, in the establishment.
