Bought this in December because I love pterrys and sweet tea so no brainer. I brought it in Jan 2nd to get an Arnold Palmer and was almost rejected because Jennifer informed me very curtly “on their system (screen) it says just tea” obviously it’s not going to say all the options you have but it’s the managers job to know policies before they take place and relay details to the team.

Good food. Just always a little hard to get out of the parking lot

It’s maddening for online ordering the majority of the time. Please fix your system or turn off online ordering. The drive through does laps around the building and the online orders are 20+ minutes later than stated time. Flawed system.

Had a lettuce wrap and Nutella milkshake for the kids. It was great!

We go to P. Terry's often and it's always good, this time they had everything cooked perfectly. Drive-thru moved pretty quickly.

Fast, friendly service! The food is always hot and fresh. Shout out to the gentleman who was running food at the drive thru today, August 28, 2025, around 12:45 pm. His happiness and joy was a lovely moment to experience. Go UT, my good sir! Thank you, P. Terry’s! :)

Listen… I’m not saying their food casts a spell on me, but a crispy chicken sandwich with spicy mayo combo plus a Dr. Pepper will literally change my entire mood on a bad day. Drive thru is fast, I love the consistency of their meals, and the monthly shakes are usually pretty good. My family wishes they had sweet tea — literally the only negative thing we can say about P Terry’s!

Pterrys is a no brainer, always consistent, dependable and good. Whether it’s stopping by after one of our kids’ games, or grabbing a delicious egg burger in the morning, we can always count on quality food and service. Thanks for being such a help to our family!
