Small salty patties hiding under too much lettuce to trick you into thinking there’s more good stuff than there actually is. But they all go to furry parties with me.

Used to come here all the time.
Have since updated my 5 star experience to reflect the service I’ve received multiple visits in 2025.

Never leave this place with a warm feeling, instead, usually annoyed or worse.

My previous visit I tried to redeem manager coupons for a free meal.
I received those coupons to replace 3 orders in the previous visits- and they did not accept the coupon.

Then I just got an apology for the coupon not being useable and that the employees would be couched.
That didn’t make my issues right and wasted my time in the drive through redeeming bogus coupons.

I will not be back

I love P. Terry's! I usually go to the location near South congress and Ben White at least multiple times a week. The food is always super fresh and affordable I eat both breakfast and lunch. Silvia is the one that usually takes my breakfast orders every morning, she is always so kind to me and she makes my day a million times better, she deserves recognition for that! I appreciate the freshness the affordability and the convenience and I will always be a supportive customer!

The girl that helped me at my car was very kind and intuitive...I tipped her a 2 dollar bill and a dollar...I totally asked her name twice but forgot it once I wrote this..she should manage

Burgers I get from here are sloppy and just mashed together maybe the style so I’m not upset about that but I am mad that when I ordered the combo with my burger I got fries ,that are like potato chips ,and hard as rocks , a 7up because they don’t have sprite but when I went to take a sip it tasted like sparkling water or maybe they forgo to add the syrup. They up charged me to ruin my meal. I regret spending my money here don’t listen to the 4 star reviews or 5 stars there either bought or old this place is horrible now.

Coming out of a night at the hospital with my mother, I ran over to PTerrys @ Congress & Ben White. The food was just what I needed, but the team there was even better! Professional, friendly, kind & helpful! I really appreciated those folks after a long & difficult afternoon/evening/night. Thanks for good food & good people!

Not sure if its this location or P Terry's as a whole, but; ease of ordering, speed of service, and quality of food have all TANKED. It's like they switched to McDonald's suppliers then cut their employees by half then the remaining empress wages in half. And did a bunch of stupid shit to the menu to try and make up for it.

great food banana bread made fresh daily and cookies off the chain! I thought oh just another burger place but I was wrong very good prices food was amazing all VERY FRESH no heat lamps no microwaved food 😋 😜

Some locations are open 24 hrs.. That’s what I like about this place

P. Terry’s has been and continues to be a staple in my life for over 10 years now. It is a place where my family and friends gather, what I crave during a late night, and what I recommend to anyone new to Austin.
I love the veggie burger and the breakfast menu. The food is always hot, fresh, consistent, and affordable. The lemonade and orange juice are thirst quenching. I love that they always give me a dog treat for my pups. Seriously love you guys🥹
