They literally never get my order right.I’ve had to get off the highway and turn around because they didn’t give me half my order (after waiting for about 40 minutes total in the drive thru). This place sucks.

My order: Lemonade no ice, veggie burger with cheese.Pay window I watched them put ice in my drink so I said, “it's a lemonade with no ice, right? “He said,” you don’t want ice? “ I said yes, “i don’t want ice. “Then he again asked “so no ice?” And we repeated that whole sequence about 2 more times before he threw out the ice, proceeded to put it back in, then dumped the ice again and gave me my drink. Wow. Then he said he needed my card again to refund me the $23 he charged me for the car behind me. Great! Now I always add the change (in coins) so I just get an even dollar amount charged on my acct. they’ve now refunded the order from the car behind me and then charged me for my order WITH CHANGE ADDED. So now I’m paying them extra to mess everything up. I asked for extra ketchup and instead of just putting more in the bag, he counts how many ketchups are in there. OMG IVE BEEN IN THE DRUVE THROUGH FOR 20 min. The Oder was completely wrong when I got to my destination! Good job! I’ll be back for my money and I’ll never leave with out thoroughly checking your work

I swear this P Terry's is a prime example of racing whataburger to the bottom. I have had my order done wrong so many times here that i have resorted to going to in n out for a quality burger that is made how i pay for it to be made. I swear its like Whataburger and P Terry's what to be known for not being as solid as In n Out is.
