Great gem across from Mueller, food and margaritas are always fresh and tasty. I usually stick with breakfast, but it’s a great spot to catch happy hour as well.
Have been in Austin two years, and regrettably always drove past Pacos. Having some family in town, we finally decided to give it a go, and were SO incredibly happy. The food is not only delicious (perfect textures, flavors), the staff was so kind, funny, and took the time to make sure we had the best visit possible.Vegetarian options: Any dishes (that make sense) can be substituted for mushrooms or guacamole.Parking: Two large parking lots (about 15 cars can fit per lot)Kid-friendliness: Seating inside and outside with plenty of room to move around and mingle.
Cheerful staff. Very nice and patient. Very welcoming feel, like home, the decor is inviting and fun. Interesting things to look at with that keep Austin word atmosphere. Has an outdoor patio and plenty of places to enjoy your meal. They even have a stage for live local shows. The food is wonderful and they have a unique menu available. From build your own tacos to great meal choices. All for your pleasure too choose from. It's great all around.Parking: Lots of parking available though they do get large crowds. And it's in the back of the building so don't miss the alley/drive entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps for easy accessibility for those who need to utilize such an accomodation.
Y’ALL????Good lord have mercy.These breakfast tacos??SUPERIOR. I got a sausage egg and cheese, and a ham egg and cheese. There’s something oh so special about their corn/flour blend tortillas that’ll make ya sing. A nicely filled taco! Not overfilled (aka not trying to overcompensate the lack of flavor with quantity), just the right amount of delicious filling??.The salsa??Frrrrrrriken delicious. The fact that it’s actually palatable, not overly spicy, tons of flavor!!! Both the red AND green are tremendous. No lie.The ambiance?? Well if it wasn’t 6° wind chill, I’d 100% be hanging out in their patio area!! Love the eclectic feel of this place. You have to pay attention when you drive by or you’ll miss it!This hidden-in-plain-sight gem is the best culinary discovery I’ve made in a while… and that’s saying something.Thanks for finally giving me a good breakfast taco place that doesn’t cost my left kidney, Paco’s❤️Absolutely will be coming back and bringing all the people I know/can drag here.EAT HERE. NOW. PLS.

Most bland breakfast tacos/salsa i’ve ever had. I even put three types of salsa on my taco and didn’t taste anything. I thought I had covid for a minute. I should have known it was gonna be bad by the clients getting breakfast tacos
