Last night, my whole family went to the Mueller Tiffs location to eat our feeling after our family dog crossed over the rainbow bridge. The young woman working was an absolute gem. She had no idea we were having a terrible day (maybe she could see my puffy eyes). She was kind, and answered every single question my 6 year old asked about the treats. Giving her a little extra attention really brighten her day. Also, the cookies were amazing as always. Thanks again.
Cookies were baked fresh and were soft, along with being very delicious. Delivery was quick and easy.
Thursday, May 21st afterwork I drove to Tiff's Treat @ Mueller to place an order for my team's A&R event. Katherine told me they couldn't place an order with tax exemption in store and to call the call center. Not true, poor customer service.
I left, but decided to return and question this information. This time I spoke with the Manager, Caroline who was able to place my order with the tax exemption. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much Caroline!
