Slowest panda express I've ever been too. Ordered my food at 4:55, got here for the pickup on time at 5:15 to be told to wait 8 minutes for teriyaki chicken. It is now 5:42 and still no food.

They have an AI voice order taker in their drive-thru. NOT THE PLAY. Obviously it messed up my order, but the screen wasn't working, so there was no way to know. I tried to verify my order with the employee, but he was confused. The AI put something on my ticket that I did not order, and then the staff missed an item when bagging it up. So stupid, I couldn't stop laughing for the rest of the day.

Illusory World

The AI drive thru is incredibly slow and holds up the line, gets orders wrong and then takes multiple tries to correct before it finally gives up. Not even worth the time anymore

The service was atrocious couldn't even place the order I tried to go through the automated and screwed it up the live person screwed it up I finally ended up at the window and 10 minutes later he figured out how to take a very simple order

We're $60 I ever spent the race was dry as a bone the chicken was dry very little flavor rotten service save your time go anywhere but he'll go by for 7-Eleven you'll be happier

Whoever made my order that included rice and crab rangoons that didnt include any soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce is going to hell. Also, so glad I got the bigger plate because the amount of meat was pathetic.
