Lady that was taking my order in the drive-through got my order in correct and was extremely rude to me. She had on black glasses and she was Mexican and she gave me the worst service ever and I will never come back here.

It is the second time I ask for food to take the rice I had to cook it because it is hard and had some rice balls that could not be eaten I am disappointed 😞 I thought it would be rich the food I give it 1 star.

I received my plate today and upon opening my food, I saw this. My steak is completely burned. I had to throw away my food.

Never had issues here until they replaced drive thru ordering with an AI machine. Don’t count on your order being correct when a human isn’t the one taking it.

I usually go through the drive thru. It seems like every time I order sweet fire chicken they are always out. I ordered broccoli and beef, they should've just called it broccoli. I go to different Panda Express establishments and this is by far the worst.

They've started using AI to take orders in the drive thru, but it's not ready for a commercial setting. It took most of my order and then apparently crashed, and the worker had to take my order all over again.

This location is pretty awful, they’re always “out” of whatever you order if you use the drive thru.

This location treats you like garbage if you have a mobile order. Why is it that when I pull up to the drive thru and order I get my food right away, but if I order ahead I’m forced to pull up and park? Makes no sense to me. I’ve come here multiple times to test my theory and it happens every time. This time after being pulled up, I sat in front of the restaurant for 10 minutes and had to go back through the drive thru to get my order that was then magically ready. It was clear they forgot about me. It’s a shame you’re punished for wanting to earn rewards. Edited to add: the food wasn’t even fresh. Soggy AF.

I walk in at 8:50, store closes at 9:30. There is absolutely No food options. Is this a company directive or just an employee decision because they don’t get paid enough to stay, the store is shutting down and not making any more food. I get it just post “when we sell out” we closed. The food that is made is quickly and is not thoroughly cooked, it’s the energy of the staff that they want to get out of there and don’t make enough to care. This is an issue with corporate. I’m assuming your are losing at least $500 in sales every night based on not having food. If you’re open 365, then 182k a year. When you walk into a Panda Express there should always be food options, it’s very displeasing to walk in and see every container empty. Fyi the extra money you loosing for the last hour is more than half of your yearly payroll outside of top management. I’m assuming.
