This place has really gone down since they got the ai drive thru ordering, and whenever the machine makes a mistake the employees are rude or unknowledgeable on how to fix it.

3/4th time I’ve been here and only cause it’s close to my job I refuse to come here cause it’s service in drive through sucks the young kids think they can talk to anyone the way they like and the manager refusing to give me a refund after I’ve had poor service not once but 4 times

Below average panda location. Got a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken and the rangoons. The fried rice was good but the orange chicken had hardly any flavor like the sauce was watered down and the chicken wasn't very crispy. The rangoons were not cooked enough and were chewy.

I got serious food poisoning from this location during lunch service on 6/22/25. It's my second day on antibiotics, and I still feel deathly ill.

Do yourself a favor - pay the few extra bucks to get your Chinese food made to order at a nicer place. Keeping large amounts of chicken at food safe temps under heat lamps in a disaster waiting to happen.

Panda is a large chain of fast food Asian, and their food is very standardized so you’ll always know what you’re getting. It tends to be a little bit on the greasier side, but it’s still good and the prices are reasonable. I got one of their new watermelon drinks for the first time and it was great.

Filling plates with greens and rice, even paying extra for meat is a fraud here. Manager is super rude. Highly recommend not to visit this location.

This location is terribly run.

They'll be out of a third of their entrees at 6pm and the manager(s) are on auto-pilot waiting for customers to ask for an item that is out. You may find yourself waiting multiple rounds of them having to make food sequentially while they are out.

And it's not a person / employee shortage. I'll see multiple employees that are probably at half capacity.

This has been a consistent problem with this location. I stopped going back.

I asked for teriyaki and soy sauce and they gave me one soy sauce. What happened to the good ol days when they would pack your plate full and slam a handful of soy sauce? Pandas getting like McDonald’s with there two tiny slivers of pickles on a burger. Now I have to dip in to my stock pile of restaurant soy sauce. GIVE ME MY SOY SAUCE!

It is the second time I ask for food to take the rice I had to cook it because it is hard and had some rice balls that could not be eaten I am disappointed 😞 I thought it would be rich the food I give it 1 star.
