I was completely ignored by the staff picking up my to-go order. There's no excuse for that
For heaven's sake, DON'T order delivery from this location. It's definitely not a priority w/the William Cannon Panera crew and it shows. Always late or mis-delivered (I have a photo one of my previous Panera orders that was left out on the highway somewhere, lol!!)

No customer service at all! I waited at the bakery while an employee was on his phone instead of helping. So I left.

Toilets need a big upgrade!
Also you will sit there forever trying to get a decent amount of toilet paper because the rolls don’t align with the dispenser.
We have eaten here several times since moving to Austin in May 2025, and don't understand a couple of weak reviews. For us food was always excellent, very short wait time, orders always perfect. Entire place always neat and clean, including restrooms. Entire staff friendly and courteous. Our cashier today, Cameron, was very nice, efficient and welcoming. For us this is our go-to Panera.
This is very nice hidden cozy place, very quite and all items are fresh, smiling staff, lot of place to sit inside and outside, quite place to grab something and work for hours, alternate to Starbucks.

Wonderful menu, easy to order and was quick to get our food.
Very gross smelling restaurant and filthy restroom. Feels like the A/C is broken. Picked up my online order and just tossed it in the trash - genuinely felt like I might've gotten sick had I eaten it.

The strawberry banana smoothie, stay away from it .Its not good.
