The staff were truly friendly. I ordered the autumn squash soup and it is one of the best soups I’ve ever had! My niece ordered the chipotle chicken avocado also melt sandwich and broccoli cheese soup; she loved them both! We loved that the soup was nice and hot too!

Came in to pick up my Postmates order which was estimated to be ready and wasn’t. No big deal, but while myself and other guests were waiting at the counter for our food, none of the employees had greeted anyone. Actually no, one woman had walked in and was immediately greeted and handed her food. Coming from a food service background of 4 years, I expect to at least be acknowledged when I’m coming into any sort of establishment and it was just really disappointing to be ignored...

🥪 Fresh food & a super convenient drive-thru
Panera has become one of my favorite sandwich spots—especially for the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. It’s absolutely delicious and never disappoints!

The Pflugerville location is extra convenient thanks to the drive-thru (not all locations have one), and ordering ahead on the app makes pickup a breeze. The store is usually clean, and service is kind and professional.
