Delivery driver handed me the pizza in the box sideways ,was talking on his phone and barely talked to me,when I got inside pizza was smoosed up in one end of box and doughy still,called manager said she would send out another pizza,never showed up.worst service ever.

I am so incredibly disappointed! I just decided to try Papa johns tonight in my neighborhood for the first time. Because Domino’s down the street is horrible. So I call my order in for delivery, the lady is pretty nice. And it says my pizza will be delivered within 59 to 69 minutes. I ordered at 6 PM. At 7:30, no pizza! At 7:45 PM, still no pizza!! So I call the store where I placed my order. The poor guy had just Clocked in and said the delivery driver just left. So, if I wanted to come pick it up, I could. That was the whole point! I needed it delivered because I couldn’t come pick it up! Now it’s 8 o’clock and my 91 year old mother has not had dinner yet! So I had to log onto Uber Eats and become a customer in order to get my pizza! Basically I just paid $80 for a pizza that wasn’t delivered by Papa johns! Not a happy, freaking customer! Now, I wish have read the reviews before I ordered. Because apparently they suck pretty bad! Never again.Not to mention, they put banana peppers on my pizza instead of jalapeños. Duh!

Pizza delivery was late. Delivery driver did not bother to knock on my door. Instead, he literally left my pizza box on the ground in front of my door. Unsanitary, lazy, and unprofessional. The search for a halfway-decent pizza chain restaurant location in my area continues.

Ordered a pizza for the second time first one was great. Second one they should be ashamed of themselves for serving it . Ordered extra cheese if it was extra cheese hate to see the regular cheese there wouldn't be any. Plus it was cold .Paid 23 bucks but never again..No packages of parm cheese or nothing of the sort.

I love the carry out deals available for getting great deals but my last visit had a very rude worker who made me feel like I was a complete nuisance. I asked for the pizza to be given to me to my car but after waiting almost 45 minutes I went inside and had to ask for my order. She handed me my pizza then tried to walk away to talk to someone else, I had to call her back and ask for my drinks as well. Other papa johns might be better off with their staff but my local store is one I don't wanna order from.
Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza from the Balcones location and it arrived completely burned, and no garlic dipping sauce was included in the order. Could barely eat it and my fridge smelled like smoke with the leftovers.
Order was way wrong, but they were chill about the refund.Update: They did not refund the purchase. Negative experience.

They were nice but are they not supposed to be wearing gloves ?? I sat inside while they made orders and not a glove in sight touching dough, cheese, cell phones, registers without even washing their hands I'm disgusted! Honestly did Covid not teach us anything ?

I don't know if it's just this location or if papa johns quality has nose dived. Ordered a pizza last night that completely fell apart when picking up each slice because the toppings were layered so thick under the cheese and undercooked. Ended up throwing it away because it didn't taste good and was a mess to try to eat. We've also had missing items in every order. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again.
