I am so incredibly disappointed! I just decided to try Papa johns tonight in my neighborhood for the first time. Because Domino’s down the street is horrible. So I call my order in for delivery, the lady is pretty nice. And it says my pizza will be delivered within 59 to 69 minutes. I ordered at 6 PM. At 7:30, no pizza! At 7:45 PM, still no pizza!! Pizza delivery was late. Delivery driver did not bother to knock on my door. Instead, he literally left my pizza box on the ground in front of my door. Unsanitary, lazy, and unprofessional. The search for a halfway-decent pizza chain restaurant location in my area continues.

Delivery driver handed me the pizza in the box sideways ,was talking on his phone and barely talked to me,when I got inside pizza was smoosed up in one end of box and doughy still,called manager said she would send out another pizza,never showed up.worst service ever.
