We were so impressed with the Manager, David! He was so polite and quick to fix our mishap and he literally jogged into the building to get the new sandwich. It is not often that you see people with such great customer service!

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli offers great customer service and good food. The managers are friendly and helpful, and the staff is consistently nice, even when short staffed. The food is always hot and fresh. The giant roast beef and cheese, potato soup, and large strawberry lemonade are a good bang for your buck. The medium turkey original is amazing, with bread toasted to perfection. The menu has different options, and they also have a Cinnabon. The dine-in experience is great, and the drive-through service is consistently excellent. The order is always correct. This location is the best Schlotzsky's in town, and whoever runs it is doing a great job.
