Our company orders from this location quite often and they’ve even offered us a discount for ordering so much every time. At pickup, the woman had a nasty attitude from the get go. She grabbed the 10 pizzas that we ordered and we didn’t even get our discount and when we asked for a receipt she threw a fit and rolled her eyes. We need a receipt to submit to our corporate accounting. We also asked for complimentary plates for ordering almost $100 in pizza and she stated “oh we charge for those”. Then we asked for Parmesan and pepper flake packets and she said “we charge for those too”. She is lying to customers because these are complimentary items and we have never been charged for them. We will not be ordering from here until this woman leaves because we honestly don’t appreciate the bad attitude and lying. Very disappointing.

The girl who was helping people was a little on the rude side and completely lied to me about what was going on with my pizza. Online it said that my order was ready, I go to the store to pick it up and she tells me to give her 5 more minutes. So I ran a quick errand across the street and came back (10 minutes), then she tells me the pizza is just now going into the oven. I give them 15 minutes and come back and then she said it's almost out of the oven. I waited another 7 minutes before she handed me the pizza.

Horrible on many accounts. Delivery is non-existent, so they send work to Doordash. Sometimes you get your delivery and sometimes you don't. When errors happen, PJ blames DD, and DD blames PJ. Neither want to admit they're wrong. Pizza quality has been all over the place for years now, yet I still kept trying to give benefit of the doubt. I've ordered from here for over a decade, and I'm 100% done and will never order from here or at a PJ ever again. Horrible service, Horrible quality, Horrible pizza. Support a local pizzeria and avoid this place.

Ordered pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks and 4 marinara sauce cups. When we got home 2 of the sauce cups had opened. I tried to open a 3rd and it popped and sprayed sauce everywhere. They all smelled rancid so we threw them out. Worst experience I've ever had at a Papa Johns. Not sure why they think it is ok to serve rotten food.

The chicken wings were so unbelievably small. Like pheasant wings. And cost about $1.25 each for an order of eight! They were like 1.5 inches long! Not worth it and will not order from here again.

This is by far the most unbelievably awful Papa John's I have ever encountered. I placed an order for cheese sticks for carryout at 10:45pm, with a promised pickup time of 11:11pm. My drive was only 3 minutes, yet when I arrived at 11pm, the store was locked, completely empty, and the kitchen lights were off. I knocked several times and called multiple times—nothing. I waited for 30 minutes, and still no one showed up. To make it worse, I could clearly see additional orders coming in on the screen in the kitchen through the window. At least 6-7 other cars arrived for their orders and ended up leaving without their food, including DoorDash/Uber drivers. This is beyond unacceptable. I’ve taken photos, which I’ll be including with this review, to show the empty store and the orders still pending in the kitchen. To top it off, I paid for food I never received. This is a total failure of customer service, and I’ve reported it to corporate, but wanted to warn others. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location unless you want to waste your time and money.

Google and the papa johns website said this place was open until 1130. I order 2 pizzas through the official website and the pick up window is 1045. I arrive at 1045 and the doors are locked. After 10 minutes of knocking on the door and waiting, a man claiming to be the GM shows up and very rudely says that they are closed and there's nothing he can do. Paid for 2 pizzas I never got and wasted my time. Please update the hours on Google and the official website and dont let people unknowingly pay for food when yall are closed.

This location has a lot of issues with delivery. I’ve had food showing up almost two hours after ordering. I’ve also had the delivery getting canceled and having to go to the store to pick up the pizza myself. Food is fine, but maybe order pickup only.

Disastrous Experience - Ruined My Son’s Birthday
I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Papa John’s that left my autistic son’s birthday party in shambles. We ordered pizza to feed a group of special needs children, and the delivery never arrived. As you can imagine, this left the children hungry, crying, and completely deregulated, ruining what was meant to be a special day.
All I wanted was a refund for the food that never showed up until an hour after the party ended. But the manager has been completely unresponsive to any of my requests. I attempted to go through corporate, but that was equally worthless. Frustrated, I decided to visit the location in person three separate times, and each time the store was in complete disarray. The manager was nowhere to be found on any occasion, leaving the employees to fend for themselves in a chaotic environment.
It’s no wonder they couldn’t resolve a simple customer service issue like this — the manager clearly can’t even maintain basic operations at the store. The conditions inside were so alarming that I can’t imagine what a food inspector would find. With no management oversight, I don’t trust the quality of the food at all.
I highly recommend that no one orders from this location. If they can’t handle a basic order or maintain cleanliness, there’s no telling what’s going on behind the scenes. Judging by other reviews on here, it’s clear this manager should be removed and Papa John’s corporate needs to step up when their local managment can’t handle something as simple as a customer refund.
