These people are always so slow. Like how hard is it to make pizzas on time. Not once, not twice, good lord. I understand if you’re tired, then quit and go find another job. Other places make orders on time.

We had given up on Papa John's a few years ago because of bad customer service and bad food. My wife's work had ordered them and pizza from Papa John's in Central Austin. She said it was really good so we decided to give our local Papa John's another try. Well, nothing has changed. We ordered two pizzas and one of them was made totally wrong, supposed to be a white sauce and they made it with marinara! On top of that, all of the ingredients had been thrown in the middle of the pizza! All of the outer slicesd squares didn't have anything on them except cheese and marinara sauce! I called the location and the manager said they would send me out another pizza right away and that he'd make it personally. I asked if he could make my pizza a priority since I'd already waited 40 minutes for the initial order. Well, the pizza finally arrived nearly 45 minutes later and it is only lukewarm. Guess it'll be another 5 years before we test the waters again. I should've realized what a crap location this was when it had a 3.5 star rating. Oh well, you live and learn. Just wanted to put out that warning for any other unsuspecting souls out there.
Oh, and did I mention the replacement pizza showed up cold? 🤬🤬

I recently ordered pizza from this place, and it exceeded my expectations. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – just how I like it. The cheese was rich and gooey, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I especially loved the combination of pepperoni and olives – it added an amazing kick!

The staff eating while making pizza is diabolical. I was here to pick up a DoorDash order and when I walked through the door the guy making the pizza decides to take a bite of a pizza while putting sauce and the one his making that’s really disturbing.

I wasn't expecting the kindness. They re-delivered and made it right. It was really fantastic service and the pizzas were fantastic. Thank you.

This (insanely satisfied) customer commands management to commend Tim the highest accolades that protocols allow.
Usually estimated time is off by 10-15min BUT NOT ANYMORE with the new manager David and his awesome staff! I got my order ON TIME and it was all made to perfection. The app was easy to use, the store manager was very polite over the phone. The staff was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Thank you to the new manager! Hopefully this stores reputation gets better.

There is a Hispanic woman with fake lashes that works here and she is unbelievably rude. Our company orders from this location quite often and they’ve even offered us a discount for ordering so much every time. At pickup, the woman had a nasty attitude from the get go. She grabbed the 10 pizzas that we ordered and we didn’t even get our discount and when we asked for a receipt she threw a fit and rolled her eyes. We need a receipt to submit to our corporate accounting. We also asked for complimentary plates for ordering almost $100 in pizza and she stated “oh we charge for those”. Then we asked for Parmesan and pepper flake packets and she said “we charge for those too”. She is lying to customers because these are complimentary items and we have never been charged for them. We will not be ordering from here until this woman leaves because we honestly don’t appreciate the bad attitude and lying. Very disappointing.

The girl who was helping people was a little on the rude side and completely lied to me about what was going on with my pizza. Online it said that my order was ready, I go to the store to pick it up and she tells me to give her 5 more minutes. So I ran a quick errand across the street and came back (10 minutes), then she tells me the pizza is just now going into the oven. I give them 15 minutes and come back and then she said it's almost out of the oven. I waited another 7 minutes before she handed me the pizza.

Horrible on many accounts. Delivery is non-existent, so they send work to Doordash. Sometimes you get your delivery and sometimes you don't. When errors happen, PJ blames DD, and DD blames PJ. Neither want to admit they're wrong. Pizza quality has been all over the place for years now, yet I still kept trying to give benefit of the doubt. I've ordered from here for over a decade, and I'm 100% done and will never order from here or at a PJ ever again. Horrible service, Horrible quality, Horrible pizza. Support a local pizzeria and avoid this place.
