Google and the papa johns website said this place was open until 1130. I order 2 pizzas through the official website and the pick up window is 1045. I arrive at 1045 and the doors are locked. After 10 minutes of knocking on the door and waiting, a man claiming to be the GM shows up and very rudely says that they are closed and there's nothing he can do. Paid for 2 pizzas I never got and wasted my time. Please update the hours on Google and the official website and dont let people unknowingly pay for food when yall are closed.

This location has a lot of issues with delivery. I’ve had food showing up almost two hours after ordering. I’ve also had the delivery getting canceled and having to go to the store to pick up the pizza myself. Food is fine, but maybe order pickup only.

Disastrous Experience - Ruined My Son’s Birthday
I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Papa John’s that left my autistic son’s birthday party in shambles. We ordered pizza to feed a group of special needs children, and the delivery never arrived. As you can imagine, this left the children hungry, crying, and completely deregulated, ruining what was meant to be a special day.
All I wanted was a refund for the food that never showed up until an hour after the party ended. But the manager has been completely unresponsive to any of my requests. I attempted to go through corporate, but that was equally worthless. Frustrated, I decided to visit the location in person three separate times, and each time the store was in complete disarray. The manager was nowhere to be found on any occasion, leaving the employees to fend for themselves in a chaotic environment.
It’s no wonder they couldn’t resolve a simple customer service issue like this — the manager clearly can’t even maintain basic operations at the store. The conditions inside were so alarming that I can’t imagine what a food inspector would find. With no management oversight, I don’t trust the quality of the food at all.
I highly recommend that no one orders from this location. If they can’t handle a basic order or maintain cleanliness, there’s no telling what’s going on behind the scenes. Judging by other reviews on here, it’s clear this manager should be removed and Papa John’s corporate needs to step up when their local managment can’t handle something as simple as a customer refund.

This place is garbage! I put in an order to deliver food to my employees the next day while I was out of town and they never showed. Called the store and it says they’re closed. Called corporate and all they will do is request a refund… request from who?!? I’ve got a whole office full of people waiting to eat! Made an order at 11:30, says will be delivered at 12:20, times comes around and I notice the store cancelled my order after the tracker had said they made it. Called store and was lied to by the guy who said he was the GM, said they don’t communicate with the tracker and the app must have been over 20min delayed and didnt make it before 11:55pm… yet it showed they confirmed my order at 11:35pm and made it. It was because I was paying cash and they felt they didn’t need to deliver it since it wasn’t paid for yet? I don’t know, but it is some lazy azz BS that left me with no food for the night and them one less loyal customer.

Placed a large delivery order for the family at 9pm. We paid over the phone. We were notified delivery would take 45-55 minutes. After an hour goes by, we started calling. It took 45 minutes to get someone to answer only to be told that they only take orders but would transfer me to the restaurant. Several failed attempts without anyone answering. I looked at my bank statement only to see that the charge was credited back. No one bothered calling to let us know they were cancelling the order. We are only 3.5 miles from the place. It’s now two hours in and everything is closed. Horrible customer service and the call center is useless. Worst experience ever. They just lost a loyal customer.

This last time we never received our pizza yet the status said delivered! Tried several times calling the store with no answer. I called another store and they even knew about the issues at this store. They attempted to call the cellphone of the manager there. I still have not heard back from them. This place is not right!
Manager looking guy looks like he hates his life. I was the only customer in the store, ignores me for like 6 minutes. Pizza girl saves the day. She’s cute and nice and takes my payment for a carry out. To be fair they look understaffed for a Saturday night but come on bro. Faster response time.
