Every time we go to Austin, we at least plan one meal on this food truck. So far tried sprouts bhel, Pav bhaji, Vada Pav and pani puri. All these dishes are mind blowing. My personal favorite is Vada Pav.

There was a really nice food truck outside that offers a variety of delicious options. I definitely need to try some of the food there. They have really good choices, and they will cook the food according to your preferences. However, be aware that there is no restroom available, so keep that in mind. Overall, it's a nice place to visit for some Indian food.
