The falafel was crispy but soft on the inside and perfectly seasoned. The hummus was perfect and not weirdly sour like some of grocery store hummus. I do wish the chicken shawarma was slightly more seasoned/spicier but that’s just because I like really spicy food otherwise it was cooked perfectly and the rice and the salad were perfect.
I happened upon this food truck and was immediately welcomed by the kind man who runs it. He walked me through the menu and gave me some excellent recommendations. As a Lebanese American myself, I can say that this food is authentic and delicious! I will be back with friends! They also told me that they will be installing heaters and coolers for the outside seating area soon.

Oh man, everything I've ordered here has been a hit. My friend first told me about this spot and I've been going ever since. I've tried the chicken shawarma sandwich, the beef shawarma plate, and the cheese rolls. The shawarma has always been so delicious and flavorful. The hummus and baba ganoush pair well with the pita bread. The man in the food truck is always so kind and service is quick and easy.
