Their attention to their Gluten-free menu is nice. The service seems short staffed but the cashier I had did a great job considering a very long shift. There was a woman ahead of me who had waited beyond her own desired time and her food was getting cold. The cashier did a great job of helping right the situation while keeping her own dignity. I hope they're able to get more help here, I usually love everything we've had here. Fresh and clean food.

Mildly priced but the food is awesome. I've had the dan dan noodles and the Korean spicy and they are both delicious!

The food was very good. The service was friendly but sat in a bag on their food prep island for 20 minutes because the staff got distracted. If I'd known that was my food, I'd have grabbed it myself and left. I won't be back.

Ordered online at 10:40 AM, scheduled pickup for 11:15. Arrived at 11:15 to a line of people who said they had been there for 20+ minutes and empty registers. When someone finally came over 8 minutes later they told me that the good news was my order was coming up next to being started.....the complaints about service are not wrong. I don't even fault the people there, I'm sure they didn't choose to be the only couple people on staff during the starting hours of lunch, but don't depend on reliability for ordering if you are planning on going here

I have visited this location in the past and I was less than impressed, but I wanted to just grab dinner and go so I decided to give it a shot. I phoned in my order and the phone was answered promptly and the guy on the phone was very nice and I felt my order was taken correctly! When I walked in last time the place was kinda dirty and I didn't want to eat there at all, this time I was very surprised! The restaurant was so much cleaner and everyone seemed to have a smile on their faces! I got my food in less than 2 minutes of getting there and even though I had some specific requests everything was perfect! I even got the extra peanuts I asked for, which almost never happens, no matter the location!! Whatever has changed over there I am so glad it did!
